I have changed the name of the thread to Almost Polygyny, my intent is to post articles as I come across them about situations where polygyny is practically and unknowingly being practiced.

Hopefully this will be useful for those at the tip of the spear (@PeteR @robbkowalski @Kilian) to use as talking points to show how common this actually is.

Probable. Not certain.

Large cities by nature do have large conservative populations. As percentage less than rural areas, but 10% of large cities is easily in range of 100 000.
